At HRH COLLECTION, we want you to be obsessed with your order; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that all custom pieces and final sale items are non-returnable to maintain the exclusivity of our collections.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are unworn, in original packaging, and not marked as final sale or custom-made before initiating your request.

  Email our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping instructions.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original HRH COLLECTION branding to prevent damage during transit and include your packing slip.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package back using a trackable shipping service; once received and inspected, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
